The ProCon Tender Management Module provides a broad range functionality that guarantees complete control of the tendering process using a fully configurable workflow engine ensuring best practice in a fully audited collaborative environment.

All steps in the tendering process are catered for with specific functionality designed to manage the every step in the process from contract strategy creation and supplier short-listing through to ITT document despatch, submission and eventual contract award.

• Process Templates - the tendering process can be configured to adhere to best practice using the flexible ProCon workflow engine designed to model the stages in the tendering process.
• Document Management - a broad range of functionality is provided to allow the on-line creation of documents from configured standard document templates, secure submission and storage of bid documents and complete version control and management of all documents used during the entire tendering process.
• ITT Distribution, E-Tendering and Bid Receipts - using this module, users can electronically despatch any ITT related documents to the short-listed suppliers included in the tender. In turn, using the secure supplier portal, invited suppliers can return their bid submissions while ensuring any rules relating to the final submission dates are adhered to.
• Tender Publications - allows the publication of contract opportunities to the ProCon supplier portal for on-line expression of interest by registered suppliers.
• Reviews - in order to gain efficiencies for the wide range of team-wide document reviews required at any point in the tendering process, functionality is provided to allow the efficient review of document on-line. This powerful functionality ensures the accuracy of all contract strategy and ITT documents being sent to suppliers in a fully audited environment.
• Communication Handling - using the power of the supplier portal or standard email, ProCon provides the ability for the tender management team to quickly and efficiently manage the broad range of communications with supplier during tenders in a fully audited and controlled manner.
• Contract Award - provides functionality to manage the final stage of the tendering process where the successful supplier is awarded the contract. To ensure a fully audited life-cycle once the tendering process is complete the contract award logically links with the ProCon post award module for contract management.
