The ProCon Supplier Relationship Management Module is responsible for the management of a central repository of suppliers/contractors through-out the lifecycle from the registration and qualification to their inclusion in tendering processes and the award of any subsequent contracts.

• Registration - manages the on-line process of supplier self-registration and verification for inclusion in the ProCon central repository.
• Contact Management - as part of a supplier/contractor details, contacts and access can be included for use in subsequent teams involved in tenders and contracts.
• Product Code Classification - to record and report on registered supplier and their supply capabilities, each supplier can be classified using standard sector codes or custom company/project codes.
• Supplier Documents Management - each supplier can upload and manage key documents related to their organisation such as management accounts, insurance documents etc.
• Qualification Management - this powerful and flexible module allows authorised ProCon users to design questionnaires for completion by suppliers during RFI and pre-qualification processes.
