Using the ProCon ContractPortal each live contract has an open multi-way electronic communications centre to raise, record, respond to, escalate and flag issues, transmittals and variations. Complex contract relationships can now be audited and the rationale behind change is much easier to understand and track.

ProCon Auction
ProCon provides auction functionality where contract teams can run online reverse and forward auctions for better price drives or disposals.
