The meeting took place at the Omni Hotel, Houston from 7:30am - 9:30am. Representatives from fifteen oil and gas operators enjoyed a steak and egg breakfast, networking and knowledge sharing.

Clare Colhoun, CEO at 8over8 welcomed the audience over breakfast and Gerry Mc Gurgan, Commercial Director set proceedings in motion with an introduction to 8over8 and delivered the first paper in the 8over8 white paper series: “Managing Change in the World of Major Capital Projects.”

BP’s Ross Kuykendall delivered a presentation on BP’s  $30B Angola project and the role ProCon played in this success, helping BP protect their capital investment through mitigating risks of contract overruns and enhancing cost recovery capabilities.
