COMPANY DESCRIPTION
8over8 Ltd. is a UK-based software and services company, whose flagship product, the ProCon Contract Lifecycle Management System is being adopted by a growing number of International Oil & Gas Companies as the standard solution for capital construction contract management. 8over8 already has an established customer base, but as a result of major recent project wins we are looking to establish permanent presences in Houston and Abu Dhabi, as well as adding to the our existing London-based Services Team, to provide effective pre- and post-sales support to current and potential customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The role’s primary responsibilities are within the ProCon Implementation Team:
· Participate in business process design workshops with 8over8 Customers to capture functional requirements based on definition of customer business processes and workflows
· Configure the ProCon application based on a documented Functional Specification compiled by an 8over8 Senior Product Consultant and agreed with the Customer
· Work directly with Customer Lead Users to optimise the configuration and use of the system
· Manage the User Acceptance Testing Cycle through to completion and acceptance by the Customer
In addition the role will involve an element of Customer Support:
· Provide first line support to Middle East based customers to resolve queries and manage the customer change request pipeline
· Work with the UK-based Customer Support Team to resolve customer queries requiring 2nd Line Support

TERMS
Working hours: 09h00 – 17h30 when office-based; determined by project requirements when on customer site.
Place of work: UK, North America, and UAE positions are available. Frequent travel to customer sites within existing markets will be required.
Salary: Dependent on experience. Company bonus scheme based on achievement of individual and company targets; performance and salary reviewed annually.
