ProCon Product Consultant (Middle East)

ProCon Product Consultant, reporting to the Programme Manager

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
8over8 Ltd. is a UK-based software and services company, whose flagship product, the ProCon Contract Lifecycle Management System is being adopted by a growing number of International Oil & Gas Companies as the standard solution for capital construction contract management. 8over8 already has an established customer base, and as a result of recent successes and the identification of The Middle East as a long-term strategic market, we are looking to establish a permanent presence in Abu Dhabi to provide effective pre- and post-sales support to current and potential customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The role has two facets: 1.) implementation of ProCon into new Middle East customers and 2.) front-line support and optimisation of existing implementations.
1. ProCon Implementations
a. Participate in business process design workshops with 8over8 Customers to capture functional requirements based on definition of customer business processes and workflows
b. Configure the ProCon application based on a documented Functional Specification compiled by an 8over8 Business Analyst and agreed with the Customer
c. Work directly with Lead and End Users to optimise the configuration and use of the system
d. Manage user acceptance testing of the configured system
2. Customer Support
a. Provide first line support to Middle East based customers to resolve queries and manage the customer change request pipeline
b. Work with the UK-based Customer Support Team to resolve customer queries requiring 2nd Line Support
c. Carry out quarterly Health Checks of customer systems to determine application usage patterns

BP Selects 8over8’s Contract Management Solution for BP’s Programme of Projects in Angola

London, Feb 6th 2008.

8over8 Ltd. has been selected to provide its contract management solution, ProCon, to BP’s programme of projects in Angola. Contingent upon successful implementation in Angola’s projects, BP may decide to roll the solution out to other capital projects in BP’s Exploration & Production Segment.

 
ProCon from 8over8 is a web-based contract management solution that facilitates effective contract management during capital projects between owners, contractors and partners.

8over8 attends CIS Upstream Technology Summit 2008

CIS UTS’08 takes place in the Ritz Carlton Istanbul between 11th and 13th February. The event is reserved for a C-level participants and the format includes expert workshops, facilitated roundtables, peer-to-peer networking and coordinated technology meetings.

8over8 will participate in the Enterprise Contracts Management Workshops and will meet with various executives interested in understanding the value that technology can bring to contracts management.  8over8 will also showcase its Russian Version of ProCon, its solution offering.
