8over8 recently gained independent product certification from VeriTest for it’s ProCon contract management solution.  The platform tests for Independent Software Vendors (ISV) are intended for software solutions that run on Windows Server 2003, and leverage the latest  Microsoft Office 2003, SQL Server 2000 or 2005, the .NET Framework, and/or XML web services.

As a Microsoft Certified Partner this opens a path for 8over8 to form a closer relationship with Microsoft through the Microsoft Partner Program.

December 2006 saw 8over8′’s CEO Clare Colhoun make a number of visits to major oil and gas operators in the Middle East. During her visit Ms. Colhoun attended the GasTech Conference in Abu Dhabi. Ms. Colhoun stated “This region and our customers are an important part of our business strategy, and we plan to make additional investment to build on our recent success in the Gulf”
